Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I am a newbie hot tubber and I have been on the verge of selling my 3 months old hot tub as I couldn't get the water chemistry right based on the advice of HydroPool who sold me the Jacuzzi hot tub. I was seriously stressing over it. I called Rob to ask about winterisation and we started to chat about my water issues. He knew all about the local water problems (very hard water) and was very knowledgeable about hot tubs in general. He offered to help over WhatsApp. He told me exactly what to do, step by step and in 2 days the water was balanced!! Hallelujah. Rob genuinely cares about his customers and provides absolutely amazing service!!! He called me from his car and I could hear his kid in the background. That's dedication for you. I would never go to anyone else in the future. Thanks Rob.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Rob was great. He cleaned a hot tub that had not been used in almost a year, gave it a full service, clean and refresh. It felt as good as new and we could is it that weekend to relax! He also took time out to give me instructions on how to use the tub (as I am a novice) and how to maintain it. The cherry on the cake was a highlights video he sent with the clean! I will be using Rob again for future services. Thanks!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Rob was recommended to me by my sister, I have a coast spa that was unusable for years and others didn’t want to take on the challenge . Rob was very efficient and knowledgeable and mostly repiped it for us so it now works as new. Thanks Rob, great advice and service

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Rob was slightly more expensive than what we are used to paying but he is worth every penny!!! Absolutely fantastic support from the initial consultation, all the way to aftercare. It’s like we had a private pool care.
I could tell he wasn’t here to waste my money or energy, I like he was straight to the point and genuinely cared about our pool. Would really recommend. Thanks Rob and look forward working with you again very soon.
